Job Description

Responsibilities

We are currently hiring for our sister company, based in Bandung.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer orders are prepared and delivered accurately.
  • Serve customer orders in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure dining equipment and utensils are available and ready for use.
  • Perform upselling, cross-selling, and encourage repeat orders to boost sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the working area at all times.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively.
  • Record and report outlet inventory in accordance with SOP.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain Floor in the F&B
  • Experience in Indonesian, Sundanese, or Asian cuisine is a plus.
  • Placement in Bandung (DAGO)
