Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Steward located in Kuta Utara. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas, assisting with food and beverage service, and maintaining inventory. The role involves daily interaction with customers to provide excellent service and support the food service team in operational tasks.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Steward/Helper in a restaurant, hotel, or F&B industry
• Knowledge of kitchen hygiene and sanitation standards (HACCP/food safety is a plus)
• Able to work efficiently, neatly, and with attention to detail in cleaning tasks
• Physically fit and accustomed to high mobility work environments
• Strong teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with kitchen and service teams
• Willing to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Honest, disciplined, and highly committed to work
