Business Technology Lead

The Business Technology Lead will drive the technology strategy and execution across our business. This includes e-commerce (Shopify), ERP & operations systems (Odoo, WMS, OMS, Talenta), and data & analytics. You will act as the bridge between business strategy and technology execution, ensuring our tech stack enables growth, efficiency, and scalability.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in technology leadership, IT management, or digital transformation roles, preferably in FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with:

*E-commerce platforms (Shopify or equivalent).

*ERP & operational systems such as Odoo, WMS, OMS, and HRIS tools (e.g., Talenta).

*Data & analytics (SQL, BI tools, dashboards, reporting).

• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and scale technology solutions that support business growth and efficiency.
• Strong project management skills with experience in system integration and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset.
• Strong communication skills to act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution.
• Willing to be based in BSD, Tangerang.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technology Strategy & Planning

- Define and execute the company's technology roadmap, aligned with business growth objectives.

- Evaluate and recommend new tools, platforms, and integrations to improve sales, operations, and analytics capabilities.

- Prioritize technology investments based on ROI, impact, and scalability.

2. E-Commerce & Sales Technology

- Oversee Shopify platform and related integrations with payment gateways, logistics, WMS/OMS, and marketing tools.

- Ensure smooth operations, fast website performance, and excellent customer experience.

- Collaborate with marketing to implement automated campaigns, promotions, and analytics tracking.

3. ERP & Operations Systems

- Oversee Odoo modules (inventory, sales, purchase, finance), Talenta (HR/payroll), and WMS/OMS systems.

- Ensure seamless integration between ERP, e-commerce, and other business tools.

- Manage vendors and contractors responsible for ERP maintenance, upgrades, and support.

4. Data & Analytics

- Build and maintain business intelligence dashboards for marketing, sales, operations, and finance.

- Enable data-driven decision making across the organization.

- Establish proper data governance, security, and analytics best practices.

5. Leadership & Execution

- Lead internal/external tech teams, vendors, or contractors to execute technology projects.

- Train and empower business teams to leverage tools efficiently.

- Ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of technology initiatives.
