Sourcing Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies for Packaging Material
• Conduct market analysis, benchmarking, and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships, including contract negotiation, and service level agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Supply Chain, Product Innovation) to ensure timely supply of materials with thebest quality.
• Manage supply chain risks and ensure compliance with company standards and external regulations.
• Lead, coach, and develop the sourcing team to achieve performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, Supply Chain, or related fields.
• 56 years of professional experience in procurement/sourcing, preferably within packaging materials in FMCG ormanufacturing industries.
• Minimum 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Agile, creative, and problem-solving mindset with the ability to design innovative sourcing strategies.
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
