Business Performance Analytics Specialist

• Conduct regular market and peer research, including sector and industry analysis.
• Analyze financial performance and portfolio data, and benchmark against external factors (macroeconomic trends, banking sector, industry insights).
• Provide insights and strategic recommendations to support performance improvement and target achievement.
• Perform customer segment portfolio analysis.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure accuracy and quality in financial reporting.
• Ensure full compliance with bank policies and procedures, including administrative and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Min. Bachelor&aposs Degree
• Min. 2 years of experience
• General Banking Knowledge: Credit structured-process, Product (lending, liability)
• Knowledge Policy in banking and BI/OJK regulation
