Do you embrace your love and passion for the following activities
- Analyze business requirements to gather, validate, and document them into a Business Requirement Document (BRD) as a guide for stakeholders, ensuring project objectives are met.
- Research and design effective and efficient solutions, documenting them in a Functional Specification Document (FSD) to serve as a blueprint and guide for developers during the development process.
- Create a project plan to ensure the timely delivery of products that meet business requirements and quality standards, using appropriate project methodologies.
- Analyze unresolved issues in SAP implementation and collaborate with the SAP team or consultants to resolve them.
- Act as a key user/trainer for all business partners to enhance the effectiveness and smooth operation of SAP master data management.
- Manage relationships and collaborate with related functions and external partners to maintain alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing project processes and activities to improve their effectiveness and efficiency, addressing any problems or obstacles by working closely with key stakeholders.
- Troubleshoot system errors or issues in SAP implementation, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurring problems and maintain system stability.
- Ensure the completion of all administrative tasks related to operational and development projects to achieve operational excellence.
Does it match your criteria
- Bachelor Degree of Information & Technology
- 2 years experience in in-house development
- Have good knowledges and experiences with ERP, Web and Mobile Application or Healthcare Information System will be Plus Point.
- Proficient in Project Management, IT Product Development & Business Process Analysis
