About the Role
The IT Officer plays a vital role in supporting SCG Indonesias digital and operational backbone. This role covers system support, user services, and IT infrastructure management, ensuring that employees and business units can work efficiently with secure and reliable technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Manage user accounts, access rights, and system configurations in line with company standards.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot incidents, and escalate to regional IT teams when necessary.
- Assist in the deployment and maintenance of business applications and ERP systems.
- Support IT asset management, including procurement, inventory, and lifecycle tracking.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, cybersecurity standards, and data protection practices.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on IT tools and best practices.
- Contribute to digitalization projects and process improvements that enhance workplace productivity.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 13 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or infrastructure roles.
- Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and office productivity tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a service-minded and proactive attitude.
- Clear communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
