Create and present the initiative to stakeholders to optimize utilization of sales program to drive revenue growth and gain insight from sales team for effectiveness of our programs
Monitor the execution of the program and performance evaluation for improvement
Analysis and define targeted audience segmentation for communication purposes and support outreach via WhatsApp and Email campaigns.
Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships to ensure successful implementation of initiatives.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors Degree from any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in program coordination, customer engagement, or performance management, Business Developmentpreferably in the property, retail, or service industries.
Experienced with CRM Tools
Strong communication skills with a collaborative mindset and engaging personality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
