Researching and Identifying potential market and industry to get Leads and convert to Opportunity based on Meddic or BANT process to get new customers.
Researching and finding the right contact/role (user, influencer, decision maker) in every potential organization / industry via email, phone, any social media platform to establish connection and set up meetings with them.
Creating and generating sales pipeline using CRM per weekly, monthly and quarterly to make sure inline with the quarterly / annual target.
Obtain and register at least 1 opportunity that meets the BANT+C criteria per week
Creating and presenting sales reports per weekly, monthly and quarterly to make sure inline with the quarterly / annual target.
Preparing and collaborating with the pre-sale to prepare presentations and present to the potential client.
Business Development Specialists must be able to demonstrate a good understanding of the Product/Solutions that needs to present/sell and an enthusiasm for working within a pre-sales department to make a better solution.
Provide price quotations / estimate, Profit and Lost and insure that the price is right and meet with client requirement
Follow up, negotiating and or renegotiating of all product/solutions selling
Develop a personal strategy / to do listto achieve sales target and performance
Maintain contact / relationship with all clients to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
Receives and resolves customer complaints and problems in a timely manner
Job Requirements:
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree, preferably IT, Computer Science, Business, Technology, or any related courses related to the position.
Have English language skills (write and verbal)
Must have 2-4 years and up experience in selling IT Applications, IT Cloud solutions, Integrations and automation, ERP Solutions.
Having knowledge about Business flow / Process, basic finance are preferred.
Having experience and networking / relationships in the area F&B, FMCG, FinTech, StarUp, eCommerce, W&D, Retail Industries are preferred.
Excellent experience and skills related with theOffice Application, CRM, Sales Process, Presentation, Negotiation and Account Plan.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal,
Having experience and skill to do business discussions with the C Level or Middle Manager.
Proactive with selling approach and has proven track record, good motivation skills, and ability to generate ideas.
Has a good knowledge and understanding of business processes andorganizational structures and roles.
Extensive experience in dealing with clients and has excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated success in building relationships with clients.
