We are looking for a driven and resourceful Sales / Business Development person to join our growing team. Reporting to Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our recruitment services. You will play a crucial role to understand clients&apos hiring needs and offer customized recruitment solutions.
Job description and responsibility:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, cold calling, and lead generation
- Conduct client meetings (virtual or in-person) to present company services and negotiate terms of business.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Attend industry events, job fairs, and networking sessions to expand business reach
- Provide regular market insights
- Establish strong collaboration with the recruitment consultant team to ensure seamless delivery of candidates to clients
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of relevant experience with proven track record in business development or sales in recruitment firm or HR related services is preferred
- Fluent in English and able to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills with can-do attitude
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently with high integrity
