The role will be the primary architect of profitability for our payment network. The role will be at the intersection of Finance, Commercial, and Product, ensuring that every transaction flowing through our gatewayswhether via banks, e-wallets, or card schemesis optimized for both the partner and our financial bottom line. The role will act as the financial guardian of our payment ecosystem. Not just report on what happened; you will explain why it happened and how we can optimize it.
Job Qualification
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree of Computer Science/Information Technology, Management, Business or equivalent.
At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Have a background from Banking or Fintech is a plus point
Job Description
- Financial Health by Channel: Conduct deep-dive analysis into the revenue and cost structures of specific payment methods (e.g., VA, BNPL, Retail Payments, Visa/Mastercard, QRIS).
- Pricing Analysis: Monitor Price to Merchant or Merchant Discount Rates (MDR) and other value added services fees to ensure our pricing models remain competitive while protecting margins.
- Partner Reconciliation: Audit and reconcile monthly billing statements from financial partners to identify discrepancies, overcharges, or leakage.
- Incentive & Rebate Modeling: Build financial models to evaluate the ROI of partner-led marketing campaigns or volume-based rebate programs.
- Predictive Forecasting: Forecast transaction volumes and associated costs of goods sold (COGS) to assist the executive team in quarterly planning.
- Contractual Financial Advisory: Partner with the Sales and Legal teams during contract renewals to provide data-backed recommendations on pricing floors and cost ceilings.
