- Experience in the trucking, logistics, or transportation industry is mandatory
- Managing on-call, dedicated, rental, and project cargo businesses
- Developing business strategies, market analysis, and service models
- Preparing tender proposals, costing, and business cases
- Understanding of contracts, SLAs, pricing, and margins
- Cost analysis and trucking operational cost structures
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
