Job Description:

Manage end-to-end procurement process across assigned categories, focusing on construction-related sourcing (e.g. renovation, facility maintenance, project-based work).
Execute sourcing activities including RFQ/tender, vendor comparison, negotiation, and awarding
Ensure timely fulfillment of procurement requests in line with agreed SLA and project timelines
Drive cost efficiency through pricing analysis, benchmarking, and negotiation
Maintain accurate procurement tracking (status, timeline, vendor selection)
Work closely with internal stakeholders (Operations, Project, Finance) to ensure requirements are well-defined and delivered
Support contract management, including validity tracking and renewal preparation
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and proper documentation for audit readiness
Identify supply risks and propose mitigation actions when needed
Present business findings and recommendations clearly and confidently to sponsors and key stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or purchasing
Experience in construction/facility-related procurement (e.g. renovation, contractor sourcing, project-based work) is a plus
Have experience in handling RFQ/tender processes and vendor negotiation
Strong analytical, commercial, negotiation skills, and execution capability with a continuous improvement mindset
Proven stakeholder management skills, with ability to present insights to stakeholders across levels
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs) or Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), with ability to adapt to Google Workspace
