Business Manager (B2B Multi-Industry)

Job Description

The Business Manager is responsible for building, developing, and scaling new business units from the ground up across multiple industries, You may apply if you have experience in one of the options below :

  • HORECA Dining & Kitchen Equipment Supplier
  • Safety Equipment & PPE Trading
  • Electrical & Industrial Equipment Distribution
  • Export Business
  • Laundry (Kiloan) & Hotel Linen Service

This role requires a highly entrepreneurial individual with strong B2B connections and hands-on execution capability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Market Entry
  • Build new business units from zero (0 to 1), including market research, product/service validation, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Identify and develop B2B opportunities with hotels, restaurants, factories, contractors, hospitals, distributors, and corporate clients.
  • Define business models, pricing strategies, and value propositions.
  • Sales & Revenue Growth
  • Develop and manage B2B sales pipelines.
  • Acquire and manage key accounts and long-term clients.
  • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and deal closures.
  • Partnerships & Networking
  • Establish strategic partnerships with suppliers, principals, distributors, and logistics partners (local and international).
  • Expand export opportunities and distribution channels.
  • Leverage existing B2B networks to accelerate business growth.
  • Operational Oversight
  • Coordinate with operations, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth business execution.
  • Oversee supply chain processes, delivery performance, and service quality (especially for Horeca and laundry services).
  • Assist in developing initial SOPs and operational frameworks.
  • Strategy, Planning & Reporting
  • Prepare business plans, revenue targets, and KPIs.
  • Monitor business performance and report results to management.
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on market insights and data analysis.

JOB REQUIREMENTSEducation & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in Business Development, B2B Sales, or Business Management.
  • Proven experience in building a business from scratch (0 to 1), start-ups, or new business units.
  • Experience in one or more of the following industries is a strong advantage:
    • HORECA / Kitchen Equipment
    • Safety Equipment / PPE
    • Electrical & Industrial Equipment
    • ExportImport
    • Laundry Services / Hospitality Services
Skills & Competencies

  • Strong B2B network with corporate clients, hotels, factories, contractors, distributors, or institutions.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
  • Strong business strategy and execution capabilities.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with hands-on approach.
  • Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Basic understanding of procurement, supply chain, and cost structure.
