Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and strategic partnerships within the region.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting to ensure target achievement.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, promotions, and product launches.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to optimize marketing efforts
  • Develop the regional sales and marketing team to improve performance and engagement
  • Prepare and present regular reports on regional performance, market conditions, and strategic initiatives.
  • Manage regional budgets and ensure cost efficiency while maximizing ROI.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 58 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development roles.
  • At least 35 years in a managerial or regional leadership position.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and customer behavior.
  • Willingness to be placed at Gianyar, Bali
