Job Description:
i. Business & Strategic Leadership
- Define the strategic direction and development roadmap of the business unit in alignment with the vision of Group
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for outsourcing, headhunting, training, and BPO services
- Manage and be accountable for achieving revenue, gross profit, net profit targets, and resource utilisation
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments, and expand strategic client networks within the multifinance, banking, fintech, and enterprise industries
ii. Operational Excellence & Delivery
- Ensure all business unit services operate effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Oversee end-to-end operational processes of the business unit, including recruitment lifecycle, onboarding, engagement, payroll, training delivery, and BPO operations
- Manage talent pool capacity and monitor fluctuations in client demand to ensure resource availability
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across SOPs, screening methods, assessments, operational workflows, and quality standards
iii. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Define strategies for sourcing and developing IT talent pipelines (developers, QA, PM/BA, DevOps, data, cybersecurity, etc.)
- Supervise screening, interview, technical testing processes, and candidate recommendations to clients
- Ensure the quality of internal training graduates and maintain curriculum relevance to industry needs
- Build collaboration with universities, training partners, IT communities, and other recruitment ecosystem partners
iv. Client Management & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain long-term business relationships with strategic clients and provide support for escalation issues
- Work closely with Sales & Commercial teams on pricing proposals, contracts, and large-scale negotiations
- Guide teams to respond effectively to client needs and improve client satisfaction and retention
- Represent the business unit in internal meetings, external engagements, and industry forums
v. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, direct, and develop cross-functional teams including Sales, Recruiters, Operations, Training, and BPO
- Define KPIs for each division and conduct monthly and annual performance evaluations
- Provide coaching and mentoring to enhance team competency and productivity
- Foster a work culture based on collaboration, ownership, speed, and service quality
- vi. Reporting & Governance
- Prepare and present monthly business unit performance reports to the Board of Management (BoM)
- Ensure all operations comply with company regulations, legal requirements, NDA/NCA, and professional ethical standards
- Contribute to annual budget planning and monitor business unit cost realization
vi. Authorities
- Make strategic and operational decisions related to the development of business unit services
- Set work priorities and assignments for all divisions under the business unit
- Approve business unit expenses within company-approved authority limits
- Define pricing structures, recruitment/headhunting fees, outsourcing margins, and BPO/training costing
- Provide final approval for candidates to be deployed or presented to clients
- Issue warnings, recommend disciplinary actions, or provide coaching to subordinates who violate SOPs
- Coordinate with Department Heads and Management in the development of new products or services
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in any discipline; preferably Management, Information Technology, or related fields (Master's degree/S2 is a plus)
- 812 years of experience in IT outsourcing/professional IT services, IT recruitment/headhunting, IT training/bootcamp, BPO, or managed services
- Proven experience leading multi-functional teams of at least 1530 people
- Strong understanding of IT skill sets and technical roles (developer, QA, PM, BA, data, etc.)
- Experience in P&L management, operations, and business development is a significant advantage
- Hands-on IT experience of at least 35 years is a plus
- Strong business acumen in outsourcing, headhunting, training, and BPO business models
- Deep understanding of IT talent supply chains and recruitment lifecycle
- Ability to analyse operational data including utilization, margin, SLA, productivity, and manpower planning
- Strong negotiation, proposal management, and client engagement skills
- Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities
- Strong leadership, coaching, and multi-divisional team management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem-solving, conflict management, and fast, accurate decision-making abilities
