Job Description

Job Purpose:

Oversaw the complete life cycle of B2B products (Dairy Ingredients), starting from market research and product development through to commercialization. This included identifying market needs, coordinating cross-functional teams during formulation and testing, and managing product launch strategies. In addition, I directly managed the sales process for key strategic customers, ensuring strong revenue contributions and supporting successful market penetration for the company

Job Description:

  • Analyzed market needs and industry trends to ensure the Dairy, NDC, and Fiber Creme product portfolio remained relevant and competitive.
  • Planned product strategies and collaborated with cross-functional teams to ensure product development aligned with customer requirements and technical specifications.
  • Communicated product positioning, pricing, and competitive advantages to potential customers to strengthen market appeal in the B2B segment.
  • Managed product launch activities and delivered product education to both internal teams and customers to improve understanding and adoption.
  • Actively conducted sales of Dairy, NDC, and Fiber Creme products to B2B customers to maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintained relationships with key customers and conducted regular visits to identify evolving needs and explore opportunities for new product development.
  • Monitored product and sales performance, providing strategic recommendations when necessary to ensure sustainable and continuous growth.

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or Business Management
  • At least 5 years of experience in Product Management or B2B Sales within the food and beverage industry (Strong experience from Dairy, NDC, and Fiber Creme products and their industrial applications will be preferred)
  • Experienced in handling large industrial customers and directly managing a product portfolio.
  • Trained in Product Management, Key Account Management, communication and negotiation.
  • Has product Knowledge training (specifically for Dairy, NDC, and Fiber Creme).
  • Project Management certification is an advantage.
  • Experienced in handling market analysis and product planning.
  • Effective negotiation and business communication.
  • Time management and project execution.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to deliver technical product education.
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving abilities.
