PT Phincon is currently hiring for a Business Executive for our client in the healthtech industry.
Location: Medan (WFO), Central Java, and East Java (WFA)
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2G Sales/Marketing.
- Experience in healthcare facilities and Business Development for Electronic Medical Records preferred.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, confident, able to work in a team, and capable of working under pressure to achieve sales targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently for business assignments across Indonesia.
- Bachelors degree preferred.
- Possess valid SIM A and SIM C driving licenses and have a personal vehicle for out-of-town business trips.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Will be placed in Medan, East Java, or Central Java (local candidates preferred).
Responsibilities
- Acquire new customers in the government sector (such as Health Departments, Community Health Centers, and other public institutions) to achieve sales targets, while maintaining existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, acting as a problem solver for customer issues.
- Establish connections with relevant partners and associations to strengthen business positioning.
- Prepare and manage work reports, including budget management.
