Monthly salary: USD 700 - 900

Position Overview

One of our clients is looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Specialist to drive lead generation and client acquisition in the luxury industry. This role focuses on cold outreach, lead prospecting, and pipeline building using tools such as Apollo.io, Lusha, and CRM systems. The SDR will be responsible for identifying prospects, initiating conversations, and booking qualified meetings with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and phone to generate qualified leads.
  • Conduct prospect research using Apollo.io, Lusha, and other data sources to identify decision-makers.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records in Pipedrive (or similar CRM), ensuring all leads are properly tracked and followed up.
  • Schedule meetings and manage calendars using Google Calendar, Gmail, and Slack.
  • Collaborate with internal teams via Notion and Google Drive for knowledge sharing and reporting.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sign-up targets (15 per month).
  • Build a pipeline of prospects and ensure smooth handover to the closing team.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Proven track record in cold outreach and lead generation.
  • Proficiency in Apollo.io, Lusha (or similar prospecting tools).
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Great-to-Have

  • Experience in EdTech or Event Sales.
  • Familiarity with the Singapore market.
