Key Roles And Responsibilities
- Work closely with Management on overall progress reports for Joint-venture project(s)
- Assist Management to plan, recalibrate and implement strategy(s) to enhance product development for industrial estate(s)
- Manage customer engagements and coordinate with Project team on custom-built requests, product specifications, handover dates in accordance with customer requests
- Monitor and report any foreseeable deviations in customer delivery schedule or built-quality issues
- Conduct regular market research, competitor analyses and keep abreast of industry trends
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Degree in Architecture, Engineering or related technical disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B client-facing in industrial development/built environment, and business development, and/or project management role
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills, conversant in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency in project management software such as Microsoft Project would be an advantage
- A team player with strong attention to details
- Able to thrive in a corporate start-up environment and be based in Batam
