Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Architecture, Urban Planning, or related field. MBA or Masters in Real Estate is preferred.
Minimum 8 years of experience in business development, strategy, or product development in the real estate or property development sector.
Deep understanding of real estate development cycles, zoning, and urban planning.
Insight into customer preferences and trends in architecture and urban living.
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and market analysis.
