A new opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Development Manager to join our Power & Service Solutions team in Jakarta. In this role, you will be responsible for developing market strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and driving long-term value creation aligned with our vision of becoming the leading power solutions provider in Indonesia.

What you will be doing:

  • Identifying New Opportunities by conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and expanding the sales pipeline through qualified prospects.
  • Building Relationships by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Deliver compelling presentations.
  • Developing Strategies by creating and implementing business plans for market expansion, new product launches, and increased sales.
  • Analyzing Data by using market research and sales data to inform strategy and decision-making.
  • Negotiating by leading contract discussions and agreement finalization with clients and partners.
  • Partner Network by identifying, evaluating, and managing business partners to drive performance and long-term collaboration.
  • Reporting by preparing and presenting business plans, reports, and proposal tracking updates. Support internal and external audits.
  • Collaboration by aligning with Marketing, Sales, Service, and Finance teams to ensure integrated customer solutions.
  • Special Assignments by supporting ad hoc strategic or operational initiatives as required.
  • Monitor and deliver on KPIs.
  • Conduct regular reviews of strategy and adjust action plans accordingly.
  • Adhere to company policies, Code of Conduct, Compliance, ISO standards, Quality Management System, and HSE.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting as per company regulations.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
  • Proficient in English (spoken and written).
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and SAP.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, including at least 3 years in a business development role.
  • Strong strategic thinking, market analysis, and relationship-building skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation practices.
  • Proactive, accountable, and team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record in business target achievement, strategic development, and execution.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
