Responsible to maintain and manage SMB Merchants through online communication channel (WhatsApp, Email, and Call) by offering campaign participation, slice price program and other initiative under merchant portfolio given
Follow up on leads and maintain regular communication with SMB Merchants to build relationships and increase the likelihood of sales conversions.
Able to track and achieve personal goals/KPI given
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any major
Minimum 1 year of experience in Account Management or Telemarketing, preferably with experience handling Long Tail merchants.
Target-oriented with a strong drive to achieve goals
Previous experience or strong interest in E-wallet, food delivery, or e-commerce industries
Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
