We are looking for a relationship-driven and results-oriented Key Account Management professional to manage key corporate accounts, strengthen client partnerships, and identify growth opportunities that support business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain relationships with key corporate accounts and strategic partners
  • Identify business opportunities to grow account value and achieve revenue targets
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure excellent service delivery and client satisfaction
  • Monitor account performance, prepare reports, and develop account growth strategies
  • Support contract renewal, partnership discussions, and business negotiations

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, Sales, or Partnership Management
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and work with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in healthcare, insurance, or corporate partnerships is a plus
