Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Digital Account Manager to lead the end-to-end management of microsite projects. This role will act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely execution, and high-quality delivery—especially within a fast-paced and lean team environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams for all microsite-related matters.
- Manage day-to-day communications, ensuring all client requests are clearly understood, feasible, and delivered on time.
- Collaborate closely with developers and creative teams to maintain, update, and optimize microsite content and features.
- Translate client requirements into clear briefs and actionable tasks aligned with technical and creative capabilities.
- Oversee microsite maintenance activities, including content updates, bug tracking, and quality control.
- Evaluate request feasibility and propose solutions or alternatives based on technical constraints and timelines.
- Ensure timely execution of updates, particularly within tight project timelines (e.g., microsite deactivation phase).
- Monitor microsite performance and support data extraction for reporting purposes.
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, including traffic, engagement, and campaign insights.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all updates, requests, and reporting outputs.
- Proactively identify risks or issues and escalate with recommended solutions.
- Ensure smooth coordination across teams despite a lean structure (single developer setup).
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in related major
- Fluent in english
- 4–6 years of experience in digital account management, digital marketing, or project management
- Proven experience in handling clients and managing projects independently
- Experience working with developers or managing website/microsite projects is highly preferred
- Experience working in a lean team structure is a plus
- Basic understanding of website development and maintenance (CMS, bug tracking, deployment processes)
- Strong project management skills, including timeline and stakeholder management
- Ability to assess feasibility and translate business needs into technical briefs
- Experience in data extraction, reporting, and performance analysis
- Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong client management and relationship-building abilities
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
