Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Study and analyze the market potential over a one-year period.
  • Help develop a business plan, including yearly sales forecasts and P/L planning.
  • Lead marketing communication initiatives based on consistent segmentation, targeting, and positioning.
  • Monitor the profitability of each product/brand and anticipate strategic changes.
  • Continuously evaluate ATL/BTL channels to ensure brand relevance.
  • Regularly monitor STD and STT.
  • Create in-store promotional programs and ensure their fulfillment.

Qualifications

  • Min. 5 years experience in brand/marketing F&B/ retail/FMCG
  • Experienced in cross-outlet and cross-channel campaign with measurable targets
  • Able to manage market data & insights into actionable programs
  • Creative, communicative & possess strong problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on exeperience in monitoring campaign execution, promotions and brand activities
  • Accustomed to managing promotional budgeting efficiently
  • Placed in Bandung
