Minimum bachelor degree or equivalent in marketing/business administration or related field
Having at least 6-8 years of work experience as a brand management (experience in handling beauty brand will be preferable)
Strong business acumen and result oriented
Highly passionate and deep knowledge in beauty
Fast, Agile, Creativity & Initiative Driving is a must
Ms. Office and english proficiency
Excellent analytical skill and critical thinking
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Job Descriptions :
Set brand objectives, marketing strategy and plans for a strong portfolio of internal Beauty brands.
Evaluate brand positioning, pricing, promotion, and branding strategy when entering the market that meets sizable demands
Drive sales through effective branding and Marketing campaigns across distribution channels (owned platform, marketplace, social commerce, owned offline store and partners distribution)
Work closely with Trade Marketing team to support trade promotion and activation
Work with third parties and internal key stakeholders to lead planning and flawless execution of brand campaigns
Constantly review Beauty market trends and consumers insights and share with Senior Managers opportunities to bring new and exciting brands
Plan the promotional budget for each brand within agreed KPI with Senior Managers
