Job Description:

• Ensure that all branch components are well-managed and operate smoothly, including short and long-term strategic planning and implementation.
• Lead and monitor the sales team performance to consistently achieve branch targets.
• Build strong relationship with all internal stakeholders of Permata Bank.
• Support the overall strategy of Permata Bank/Branch Network/Region/Area.

Job Requirements:

• Has a minimum 4-6 years experiences in Branch Network
• Solid knowledge of Banking Products and Marketing.
• Good leadership skills and experience in leading a team and/or colleagues.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.
