Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns (festivals, store anniversaries, promotions, and thematic events) to drive foot traffic and in-store sales conversion.
Manage user lifecycle and private domain operations (including membership programs): acquisition, activation, retention, and repeat purchase to increase customer loyalty and spending.
Ensure strong brand and visual consistency across stores, including merchandising, in-store displays, and marketing materials to enhance customer experience.
Drive customer traffic through integrated online and offline channels, including partnerships, mall activations, and cross-industry collaborations.
Develop localized marketing content and strengthen brand presence to increase awareness and market share in the retail space.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimize strategies to improve ROI, conversion rates, and control customer acquisition costs.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the retail industry.
Proven experience in driving store traffic and sales through marketing initiatives.
Experience working with English speaking stakeholders; strong communication skills in English are required.
Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
Strong understanding of retail trends, consumer behavior, and in-store experience.
Data driven, hands on, and adaptable in a fast paced (startup like) environment.
