Direct all branch operational activities including sales, marketing, operation, and collection on Corporate Financing (Heavy Equipment/Factoring/Working Capital).
Meet branch sales target achievement with a strong leadership in managing team and good credit quality.
Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales. Ensure the good relations with customers and suppliers to provide the best financial solution.
Bring out the best of branchs personnel by providing training, coaching, development and motivation.
Prudent credit application processing and strong credit risk mitigation to maintain a good asset quality to achieve optimum profit.
Requirement(s)
Must have experience at least 5 years Experience as heavy equipment and/or machinery Financial Business is a Must.
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor&aposs Degree, Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
Have knowledge in leasing and multi-finance industry is an advantage
Good credit analysis, service orientation, interpersonal skill & team work.
Good in English, negotiation skill, selling skill and account management
Driving best result, self-starter with high initiative.
