Job Summary:
We are seeking a Corporate Finance Manager with expertise in Mergers and Acquisitions to lead and support strategic transactions. This role involves identifying potential opportunities, conducting financial analysis, managing deal execution, and supporting post-deal integration. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills, deal experience, and the ability to work closely with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial analysis and valuation for potential mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures
- Identify and evaluate strategic opportunities aligned with company goals
- Manage due diligence processes and coordinate with legal, tax, and operational teams
- Develop and present investment memos and recommendations to executive leadership
- Support negotiations and deal structuring
- Assist with post-merger integration planning and execution
- Monitor market trends and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or M&A advisory
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management abilities
