Bank of India Indonesia, originally known as Bank Swadesi, was established as a rural bank in 1968 in Surabaya. It transitioned to a commercial bank in 1989. In 2007, it was acquired by Bank of India, one of India&aposs oldest banks established in 1906 and majorly owned by the Indian Government. The Bank of India Indonesia offers both personal and business banking services, including working capital financing, investment loans, export and import financing, and bank guarantees for letters of credit.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager located in view city in Indonesia. The Branch Manager will oversee all branch operations, manage staff, ensure excellent customer service, and work towards achieving the branch&aposs financial goals. Duties include developing business strategies, managing and mentoring team members, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, analyzing financial reports, and building relationships with clients to enhance business growth.

Qualifications

• Experiences in Banking minimum 10 years
• Same position as Branch Manager Banking minimum 3 years
• Strong both in lending and funding.
• Proven experience in banking operations and team management
• Strong understanding of financial products and services
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Familiarity with banking regulations and compliance requirements
• Effective communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Min. Bachelor&aposs degree
