Job Requirements:
- Have a minimum 8 years experience in investment banking or advisory field;
- Bachelor&aposs or Master&aposs degree from reputable institutions;
- Strong quantitative, technical, and financial skill - Good in Excel, PowerPoint and Word as well knowledge in finance and valuation, building financial model and writing power point presentation;
- WPEE license holder is preferred;
- Have a can do attitude and a team player.
Job Descriptions :
- Assisting in originating and executing capital markets transactions, such as IPOs, Rights Issue, bond/sukuk issuances, MTO or other secondary offerings such as private placement;
- Assisting in M&A projects;
- Responsible for financial models, presentations, and diverse documents essential for client transactions;
- Developing persuasive pitch books and marketing materials;
- Guiding due diligence process and financial analysis to support pricing and marketing decisions;
- Conducting analysis and deal structuring to support optimal structure for IB clients (i.e. IPO pricing and valuation, structure of IPO shares, pricing of bonds, timetable for IPO, Offering Format);
- Managing key client relationships and serving as a primary point of contact;
- Engaging with clients to understand their financing needs (i.e equity fund raising or debt fund raising) and market conditions;
- Acting as coordinator and primary point of contact to all supporting parties for IB Deals (i.e. Lawyers, Auditor, Share Registrar, Appraisals, Rating Agency, Notary etc.);
- Liaison and primary point of contact to all regulators during the underwriting process;
- Preparing offering documents, prospectuses, and presentations for clients;
- Responsible for transaction execution and documentation;
- Mentoring and supervising junior team members;
- Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm&aposs reputation and safeguarding our company, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
