Develop and execute effective outreach and negotiation strategies to secure high-value partnerships that drive significant flight booking volume and revenue growth
Optimize partner performance by analyzing key metrics, providing recommendations, and implementing strategies to maximize revenue generation and ROI
Oversee budget allocation, P&L management, and promotional activities within B2B flight partner channels
Manage the distribution of flight inventory and fares across all B2B online channels
Ensure product visibility, availability, competitive pricing, and accurate flight content across partner platforms
Oversee the technical integration process with new partners, ensuring seamless connectivity via flight APIs (NDC, GDS, and aggregators)
Provide comprehensive support to partners throughout onboarding, testing, and launch phase
Monitor the performance of new partnerships and identify areas for continuous improvement

7+ years of proven experience in B2B online sales, partnership management, or business development within the travel or airline distribution industry, with a strong focus on flight products and online distribution
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams, with a track record of achieving ambitious flight sales targets
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans aligned with business objectives
In-depth understanding of airline distribution, P&L management, contract negotiation, and risk assessment
Extensive network of contacts within the airline industry, consolidators, GDS, NDC aggregators, OTAs, and corporate travel sector
Strong relationships with key players in Southeast Asias OTA, e-commerce, and DMC ecosystem, enabling the ability to drive new demand through API-based partnerships
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus across internal and external stakeholders
Familiarity with online flight booking platforms, airline APIs (GDS, NDC), and B2B integration processes
