Role Description
We&aposre looking for a B2B Growth Marketing Manager who will take the lead in demand generation, enterprise marketing campaigns, and pipeline creation. In this role, youll be hands-on with performance marketing while also driving thought leadership and brand visibility among Indonesias top FMCG, beauty, banking, and e-commerce companies. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, resourceful, and data-driven, with the ability to balance creativity and analytical rigor. You should thrive in a fast-paced, lean, and constantly evolving environment, be comfortable rolling up your sleeves to get things done, and bring the hustle, resilience, and curiosity needed to help us scale its next phase of growth.
Build & Own Demand Generation
- Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email automation) to generate qualified enterprise leads
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting priority FMCG, telco, banking, and e-commerce clients
Drive Enterprise Pipeline
- Contribute directly to enterprise deals pipeline target by generating high-quality MQLs (marketing qualified leads) that convert into SQLs for our sales team
- Continuously optimize CPL, CAC, and ROI across marketing activities
Content & Thought Leadership
- Create compelling case studies, whitepapers, and industry reports to position Partipost as the leader in influencer marketing
- Manage company social channels (LinkedIn focus) and amplify brand presence among enterprise marketers
Sales Enablement
- Build decks, campaign showcases, one-pagers, and nurturing flows to support BD and sales teams
- Run lead-nurture email/LinkedIn sequences to increase engagement with target accounts
Events & Partnerships
- Plan and execute B2B events, webinars, and industry partnerships that generate credibility and pipeline opportunities
Qualifications
- 47 years experience in B2B marketing, ideally in influencer marketing, digital media, SaaS, ad tech, or marketing services
- Proven track record in performance marketing (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email automation, analytics)
- Experience building enterprise pipeline for big brands (FMCG, telco, banking, e-commerce)
- Strong analytical mindset: can track performance metrics such OR, CTR, CPL, CAC, pipeline contribution, and optimize campaigns
- Excellent communicator: able to create high-quality content and build thought leadership
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment
