Position- Assistant Manager/ Manager, HRBP
Location - Jakarta, Indonesia
Industry - Retail (Fashion and apparel)
Please Note - Candidates who have HR experience in retail industry will only be considered.
Experience Required -
- 5-10 years of relevant experience
- Strong knowledge of HR practices and labor law compliance
- Expertise in talent acquisition, particularly high-volume retail hiring
- Proficiency in performance management systems and driving appraisal processes
- Experience in compensation & benefits, payroll coordination, and workforce planning
- Proven ability to support multi-location retail operations
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office, HRIS (Talenta, Oracle), Excel, and Google Sheets
- Fluency in English in both spoken as well as written.
- Degree in HR
