We are seeking an experienced Architectural Planning Engineer to join our team in Indonesia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design and project management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Southeast Asia region.
Responsibilities
- Conduct architectural planning and design for various projects in Indonesia.
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Prepare detailed architectural plans, specifications, and technical drawings using CAD software.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability practices.
- Participate in site visits and inspections to assess project progress and quality.
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- 5-15 years of experience in architectural planning and design, preferably in Southeast Asia.
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other architectural design tools.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Indonesia.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
