Job Scope:
- Utilize data analytics to drive strategic decisions and improvements within the Prudential agency organization.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, conduct ad hoc analyses, and lead strategic projects to enhance agency performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and develop appropriate solutions
Responsibilities:
- Enable Self-Service Analytics: Empower business users within the agency division to independently access and analyze data through dashboards.
- Support Implementation of Strategic Initiatives: Provide relevant data insights and analytical support to ensure informed decision-making and successful execution of strategic initiatives.
- Identify and Address Ad-Hoc Analytical Needs: Engage with stakeholders to identify and address emerging business questions and analytical needs within PAO (Prudential Agency Organization) as they arise.
- Project Power BI Reporting Automation: Automate the reporting process for agency division by integrating all data sources into a centralized system.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from any discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions and insights.
- Strong proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Excel, Python, SQL).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI).
- Understanding statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Business proficiency in English both writing and verbal.
