Job Responsibilities;
- Program Design and create marketing plan for Loyalty Program, Customer Campaign, and necessary events in coordination with relevant divisions and when necessary with external vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Performance Review and Monitoring of Customer Campaign and Loyalty program to ensure that we meet the targets and comply with company guidelines
- Preparing Loyalty program proposal and term condition included Cost & Benefit Analysis
- Preparing and create marketing and loyalty plan for one calendar year plus execution in coordination with relevant divisions to meet the targeted companys revenue.
- Preparing campaign proposal, term condition and process flow, (Acquisition, Top Up, Up Sell, Cross Sell and Service Campaign Initiative) included Cost & Benefit Analysis
- Provide customer data insight and behavioral data to identify trends, segment audiences, and personalize loyalty experiences to maximize relevance and impact
- Manage budget for loyalty program by ensuring all the program are within our budget (Budget monitoring and budget performance reporting)
- Communication plan and execute communication related to loyalty program to sales team and customers
- Socialization program o all related division (Agency Team, Bancassurance Team, Customer Care and other stakeholders)
- Post-launched campaign evaluation
- Continuous improvement of the loyalty platform and loyalty campaign by learning from the post campaign.
Requirements
- Bachelor&aposs degree.
- 5+ years of experience in customer loyalty program or customer campaign in insurance or banking industry.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong management skill and adequately able to work with many people with different backgrounds.
- Skilled in experimentation and adept at presenting ideas and concepts in a clear, focused, and easily digestible manner.
- Able to manage relationship with external vendor, assessment & monitoring in day-to-day basis.
- Demonstrates competencies such as effective time management, initiative (self- starter), detail-oriented, innovative, careful, assertive and adaptable.
