Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Management
  • Develop and implement aftersales strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty.
  • Create revenue growth programs from service, spare parts, and body repair.
  1. Operational Supervision
  • Ensure all workshop operations, service advisors, technicians, and parts management run according to SOP.
  • Oversee spare parts management (stock, ordering, distribution) to ensure availability and efficiency.
  • Monitor vehicle repair quality in accordance with principal/ATP standards.
  1. Customer Relationship
  • Handle customer complaints professionally and provide effective solutions.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers through special aftersales programs.
  1. People Development
  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate the performance of the aftersales team (Service Manager, Service Advisors, Technicians, and Staff).
  • Provide regular technical and non-technical training to enhance team skills.
  1. Financial & Reporting
  • Prepare and manage the aftersales department budget.
  • Monitor the achievement of revenue, gross profit, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) targets.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive aftersales, with at least 23 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of workshop management, spare parts, and aftersales service standards.
  • Target-oriented and able to work under high pressure
