SKINTIFIC is a cutting-edge beauty brand dedicated to merging skincare and science for revolutionary results. As we expand into new markets and product categories, we are launching a special project to accelerate our growth. We're looking for a Affiliate MarketingSpecialist to drive growth through strategic affiliate partnerships. This role will be responsible for recruiting, managing, and optimizing affiliate relationships to increase traffic, conversions, and revenue while maintaining brand alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategies to achieve acquisition and revenue targets.
2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners.
3. Manage day-to-day relationships with affiliates, networks, and platforms.
4. Monitor affiliate performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI.
5. Ensure affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
6. Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to support affiliate campaigns.

Requirements:

1. Minimum of 1 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing or related roles..
2. Possess Excel skill to manage affiliate data
3. Enthusiastic about the beauty industry; experience in beauty or consumer goods is preferred.
4. Must be fluent in English.
5. Willing to work full WFO at Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta.
