Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cengkareng for an Affiliate Marketing Specialist. Responsibilities include managing and optimizing affiliate marketing campaigns, developing and maintaining partnerships, and driving traffic and revenue through online marketing initiatives. The role also entails collaborating with internal teams, monitoring performance metrics, and creating strategies to expand the affiliate network and improve ROI.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Affiliate Marketing and Digital Marketing
- Strong Marketing and Online Marketing knowledge and experience
- Excellent Communication skills for fostering and managing partnerships effectively
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to optimize campaign performance
- Familiarity with performance tracking tools and affiliate platforms
- Proven ability to work in a team environment and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the beauty or fashion industry is a plus
