Equinox Technology, a global hyper-growth company, founded in 2018 is the one and only Indonesian-based US company specializing in direct-to-consumer (DTC) furniture and home improvement products in the U.S. market with USD 8-figure revenue. Headquartered in Jakarta, Equinox oversees the full ecommerce chain.
We are expanding to Affiliate Marketing to drive scalable U.S. revenue through YouTube-based partnerships within the furniture and interior design category.

We're currently hiring across multiple roles and departments, with at least 2 open positions in this division alone.
What You'll Do
- Lead and scale the U.S. affiliate strategy through YouTube creators and publishers.
- Recruit and onboard high-performing U.S. affiliates with proven conversion potential.
- Manage a $30K monthly affiliate budget to achieve $3M annual affiliate-driven revenue.
- Design commission tiers, incentive programs, and retention bonuses.
- Build and nurture long-term affiliate relationships to drive consistent performance.
- Analyze data using ROI and conversion metrics, optimizing partner performance.
- Collaborate with CRM and Analytics teams to connect affiliate data with customer retention.
- Report growth metrics and ROI progress directly to management.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in affiliate or performance marketing (U.S. market preferred).
- Proven track record managing high-revenue affiliate programs.
- Strong analytical and mathematical mindset with ROI modeling expertise.
- Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
- Experienced in Refersion, Impact, ShareASale, or GoAffPro.
- Proven ability to nurture and grow affiliate relationships.
- Manager-level candidates only with measurable performance results.
