KOL Specialist (Influencer & Affiliate Marketing)
Job Description
PT Otto Media Grup, a fast-growing media & digital marketing company, is looking for an experienced KOL Specialist to manage and scale influencer and affiliate marketing initiatives across multiple platforms. This role is responsible for handling end-to-end KOL activities, building and maintaining KOL & affiliate databases, and strengthening brand collaborations through strategic influencer partnerships.
The ideal candidate has strong experience working with KOLs, affiliates, and creators, understands branding and campaign objectives, and preferably has a background in agency or MCN environments.
Key Responsibilities:
KOL & Affiliate Management
- Handle end-to-end KOL and affiliate management, from sourcing to campaign execution
- Build, manage, and maintain a KOL & affiliate database across various categories and platforms
- Identify suitable KOLs and affiliates based on campaign goals, brand positioning, and target audience
- Coordinate with KOLs/affiliates regarding briefs, timelines, deliverables, and content guidelines
Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams (Account, Creative, Business Development, Campaign) to ensure smooth execution
- Monitor KOL and affiliate performance during and after campaigns
- Ensure all content aligns with brand image, messaging, and campaign objectives
- Support reporting and evaluation for influencer and affiliate campaigns
Branding & Relationship Management
- Build long-term relationships with KOLs, talents, affiliates, agencies, and MCNs
- Support branding initiatives through influencer collaborations
- Negotiate rates, deliverables, and campaign terms with KOLs and affiliates
Industry Insight & Optimization
- Stay updated on KOL, affiliate, and social media trends
- Analyze campaign results to improve future strategies
- Support continuous improvement of KOL and affiliate processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field
- Minimum 15 years of experience as a KOL Specialist, Influencer Executive, Affiliate Executive, or similar role
- Proven experience handling KOLs, affiliates, and influencer campaigns
- Possess an existing KOL and/or affiliate database is a strong advantage
- Strong understanding of branding, influencer marketing, and affiliate models
- Experience working in a media agency, digital agency, or MCN is a strong plus
- Excellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills
- Familiar with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced agency environment
