Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Define and implement overall affiliate marketing strategy aligned with business objectives
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, and management of top-performing affiliates, creators, and publishers
  • Develop and optimize commission structures, incentive programs, and affiliate campaigns to maximize performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report affiliate program KPIs, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with top creators and ensure continuous engagement
  • Collaborate with marketing, eCommerce, and sales teams to align affiliate promotions with key campaigns and launches
  • Ensure affiliates adhere to brand guidelines, compliance, and quality standards
  • Stay ahead of market trends, competitor strategies, and platform innovations to maintain a competitive advantage
  • Mentor and guide the Affiliate Specialist/Coordinator team (if applicable)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or performance marketing
  • Proven track record of growing and scaling affiliate programs with measurable ROI
  • Strong relationship management, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into strategy
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking tools, reporting dashboards, and eCommerce platforms
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
