Technical Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ecommerce product roadmap, including feature development and platform enhancements
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements, user stories, and system workflows
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and business teams to deliver scalable and effective solutions
• Manage end-to-end product delivery from planning, development, testing, to release
• Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Ensure alignment between product initiatives, business goals, and customer experience

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar roles
• Strong experience in ecommerce product development
• Hands-on experience with ecommerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, or similar)
• Solid understanding of ecommerce workflows (catalog, cart, checkout, payment, shipping, etc.)
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing product delivery lifecycle
• Familiar with system integration concepts (API, payment gateway, ERP, CRM, etc.)
• Comfortable working with technical teams and discussing system-level solutions
• Strong analytical thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills
