Advocacy & Land Protection Manager

Responsibilities

The Advocacy & Land Protection Manager is responsible for safeguarding the companys land assets and resolving land-related disputes. This role requires strong legal expertise, hands-on advocacy, and the ability to build solid relationships with local stakeholders. Success means secure land ownership, smooth project development, and reduced operational risks. By protecting one of the companys most valuable assets, this position plays a key role in supporting PT Jaya Real Propertys sustainable development and strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Law from a reputable university, providing a strong foundation in legal principles and regulations relevant to property and land management.
• Prior experience in the property sector, with comprehensive knowledge of land-related matters, including acquisition, dispute resolution, and compliance with applicable laws.
• Minimum of 3 years in a similar role, preferably focusing on land advocacy, asset protection, or related functions, demonstrating skills in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and field operations.
• This position is based in Bintaro, South Tangerang, requiring hands-on management and coordination with local authorities and community stakeholders.
