We are a fast-growing foreign investment company (PMA) in the automotive industry, currently looking for an Accounting Team Leader – Revenue & AR (SAP) to strengthen our finance operations as the business continues to scale.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of accounting, systems, and operations with strong exposure to revenue reconciliation, AR, and SAP-based processes.
What you will do
- Manage and review revenue reconciliation across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Oversee accounts receivable (AR), monitor outstanding balances, and follow up on collections
- Handle partner settlement and revenue-sharing processes with various stakeholders
- Ensure timely and accurate payments and financial postings in line with company policies
- Work closely with Finance, IT, and Operations to improve system integration and controls
- Support monthly closing, reporting, and audit processes
- Lead and guide a small team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and continuous improvement
What we're looking for
- 6 –10 years of experience in Accounting / Finance
- Strong background in Revenue Accounting / Accounts Receivable / Reconciliation
- Hands-on experience with SAP (FI/AR) is a must
- Previous experience as a Supervisor / Team Leader
- Comfortable working with multiple systems and high-volume transactions
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Fluent in English
