Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (mandatory)
- Minimum 4 years of experience as Solution Analyst, System Analyst, Business Analyst, or Integration Analyst
- Mandatory experience as a developer with understanding of programming concepts
- Experience in banking or financial systems (core banking, digital banking, payments, or lending) is preferred
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Experience in creating functional and technical documentation (BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD, PRD, BAST)
- Understanding of API integration (RESTful) and system integration concepts
- Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Able to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Job Descriptions:
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into clear system and technical solutions
- Design application flow, solution architecture, and system integration to meet business needs
- Create and maintain documentation such as BRD, FSD, SRS, TSD, PRD, and related documents
- Collaborate with Developers, QA, Product Owners, and stakeholders to ensure proper implementation
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and clarity
- Design, analyze, and validate API integrations, including external system connectivity
- Perform system analysis, data mapping, and troubleshooting for integration issues
- Prepare and support test data for SIT and UAT activities
- Ensure system readiness and stability during deployment and go-live
- Provide recommendations for system and process improvements
