About the Role
We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of digital projects, including web, mobile applications, and messaging solutions (SMS & WhatsApp).
In this role, you will act as the key bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with high quality—especially for clients in banking and retail industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across web, mobile apps, and messaging platforms (SMS & WhatsApp)
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and stakeholders
- Ensure project timelines, scope, and deliverables are well planned and executed
- Proactively manage client expectations with a strong service excellence mindset
- Identify risks early and drive effective resolution (technical & non-technical)
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Sales, Operations)
- Provide clear, consistent project updates and reporting
- Ensure project outcomes meet quality standards and client expectations
- Handle escalations and challenging situations professionally
Requirements
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in IT or digital projects
- Strong understanding of web and mobile application development lifecycle
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiar with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
Core Skills
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong stakeholder management, including handling high-demand clients
- Solid problem-solving and decision-making ability
- Able to work under pressure in fast-paced and dynamic environments
- Strong coordination and leadership capabilities
Nice to Have
- Experience with SMS Gateway, WhatsApp Business API, or messaging platforms
- Experience working with clients in banking or retail industries
- Basic technical knowledge (API, system integration)
- Familiar with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, etc.)
